’This matter is before the court on the Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Defendant Genova Products, Inc. (“Genova”) on March 18, 1996. Plaintiff Stephan Rice (“Rice”) filed a response on April 5,1996, and Genova filed a reply on April 16, 1996." Also on that date, Genova filed a motion to strike an affidavit submitted by Rice, along with portions of Rice’s Statement of Genuine Issues, to which Rice responded on April 24, 1996.
