Siferd v. Stambor

This is an appeal from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas sustaining defendant’s demurrer to plaintiffs’ amended petition, and the court, being satisfied the defect could not be remedied by amendment, ordered that plaintiffs ’ amended petition be dismissed. From this judgment plaintiffs appeal.
