Plaintiff Walter E. Campbell Company (“WECCO”) — a Maryland Corporation with its principal place of business in Maryland — brings this action against eight diverse corporations, and Property and Casualty Insurance Guaranty Corporation (“PCIGC”) — another Maryland Corporation with its principal place of business in Maryland.
