On the 20th day of April, 1915, the plaintiff, Jacob M. Dickinson, was appointed receiver for all of the prop*172erty and business' of the Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific Railway Company by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. In the order of appointment it was adjudged and decreed that all parties whomsoever, and wheresoever located or domiciled, be strictly enjoined from in any manner whatsoever interfering with the receiver thus appointed in his operation, control, and management of the business or property of said railway company, which…
