A mortgage for $28,000 dated November 30, 1931, is secured by a building in the city of Detroit consisting of 27 apartments. The interest payments being in default and 'no moneys having-been paid on the principal, defendant sued plain tiffs on the mortgage note for the full amount of principal and past due interest.
