The plaintiff, Thomas Morgan, commenced this action in the superior court for King county seeking recovery of damages against John B. Hart, claimed to have resulted from the alleged breach of a contract relating to the financing and control of the Bella Coola Development Company, a corporation, of Seattle, Washington, the stock of which Hart and his associate, Williams, had acquired control, and in which other parties to the contract were by its terms to have an interest.
