The defendant-appellant, American Economy Insurance Company (“American”), appeals the decision of the Allen County Court of Common Pleas granting partial summary judgment in favor of the plaintiffs-appellees, CSS Publishing (“CSS”) et al. American is also appealing the trial court’s denial of its first and second motions’ for partial summary judgment. CSS filed a cross-appeal, appealing the decision of the trial court granting American’s third motion for partial summary judgment and defendant Sullivan’s motion for summary judgment.
