THIS CAUSE comes before the Court for consideration of Defendants’ Motion to Compel Arbitration and Dismiss the Proceeding or, In the Alternative, Stay the Proceeding (Dkt. 11) (“Motion to Compel Arbitration”) and Plaintiffs’ Response in opposition thereto (Dkt. 19).
