MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

The defendant Bay Cities* Bank has moved to compel arbitration based on documents purporting to be loan agreements between the plaintiff, James Dillon, and a pair of non-party payday loan lenders. (Doc. 154). The parties agree that Mr. Dillon and the lenders entered into loan contracts online after Mr. Dillon provided information requested by each lender.
