This cause presents error from the district court of Oklahoma county.' The plaintiff in error was defendant below and defendant in error was plaintiff below Por convenience, the parties will be referred to as they appeared in the trial court.
The plaintiff filed this suit as administra-trix of the estate of her deceased husband, J. D. Stokes. The petition stated two causes of action: (1) For injuries received by J. D.
