This action was instituted in the district court of Pottawatomie county by the defendants in error, hereinafter referred to as plaintiffs, against the plaintiff in error, hereinafter referred to as defendant, to recover rentals for the unexpired term of a lease contract.

The defendant, a domestic corporation domiciled in Tulsa county, was served with alias summons in said county by leaving a copy thereof with its vice president.
