DARDEN, Judge.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Star Financial Bank appeals the dismissal of its complaint as an intervenor against Tom Terry and Violet Shelton. We affirm.

FACTS

Tom Terry filed a complaint for possession against Violet Shelton in Delaware Superior Court No. 4, alleging that on October 20, 1992, he had “purchased through tax sale” certain property for which he received a deed “through tax sale through the Delaware County Circuit, Count on cause number 18C01-9312-MI-53,” (R. 9), and that Shelton wrongfully continued to occupy the premises thereon.
