OPINION ON APPELLANT’S PETITION FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW

DUNCAN, Judge.

Appellant was charged in a single indictment with two counts of attempted capital murder. A jury found him guilty of both counts. At the punishment phase of the trial, after finding all three enhancement paragraphs “true,” the jury assessed punishment at a term of ninety-nine years incarceration in the Texas Department of Corrections on each conviction; the trial court subsequently ordered the sentences to be served consecutively.
