MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
MARTEN, District Judge.
This is an action by the City of Liberal, Kansas against the owners and advisors of a company that had contracted to use a refrigerated trailer plant constructed by the City. The matter, which was recently removed from Seward County, Kansas District Court, is before the court on competing motions. Defendants have moved to transfer the action to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, where a bankruptcy case along very similar grounds is proceeding. (Dkt. No. 2).
