First National Stores, Inc., hereinafter referred to as the employer, appealed to the Superior Court from a decision of the unemployment compensation commissioner for the fourth district, hereinafter referred to as the commissioner, affirming the unemployment compensation administrator’s award of compensation to each of the three named employees and claimants, Florence Anthony, Frank Gfalleti and Max Mones, who are the plaintiffs here.
