A number of grounds were set out in the motion for a new trial. We have not deemed it necessary to consider more of them than are indicated in the headnotes preceding this opinion.
The plaintiff in error sought, under the exercise of a power of sale given in a certain deed made by the defendant in error to the Georgia Loan & Trust Company and its assigns, to subject the land conveyed by that deed to the payment of three-promissory notes, each for the principal sum of five hundred dollars, together with interest on the same at the rate of eight per cent, per annum from the date of the notes,…
