Bay Point Condominium Association, Inc., and the Board of Directors of the Bay Point Condominium Association commenced the present action against RML Corporation (hereinafter “RML”) and Dryvit Systems, Inc. (hereinafter “Dryvit”) seeking damages for alleged defects in the construction of the Bay Point Condominium complex.
