ORDER DENYING THE GOVERNMENT’S REQUESTS FOR CELL TOWER RECORDS

This matter comes before the Court pursuant to a written and sworn application *675pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2703(d) by an assistant United States Attorney who is an attorney for the Government as defined by Rule 1(b)(1)(B) of the Federal • Rules of Criminal Procedure. Specifically, this application seeks an Order directing that all historical cell site records from five separate telecommunications providers for specific towers be disclosed to the Government.
