The Court is asked to construe the will of the late John T. Grindall of Baltimore City, who died in 1885. The will was executed about two years before his death. Under its terms, it gave the rest and residue of his property to his three sons, as trustees, to hold during the terms of the natural lives of such of his children as should be living at the time of his death, and of the survivors, and of the last surviving of his children, and if at the death of his last surviving child, a child or descendant of any of these children should then be living under the age of 21 years, then to hold the…
