LEAHY, District Judge.
I. Defendants are charged with violating Secs. 1, 2, and 3 of the Sherman AntiTrust Act, 15 U.S.C.A. §§ 1, 2, and 3. In an effort to prove its case, government-plaintiff offered a number of exhibits.
