BAUM, Chief Judge:

Tried by general-court martial judge alone, appellant, in accordance with a pretrial agreement, entered pleas of guilty to two specifications of unlawful entry into rooms of two Navy enlisted women in the Bachelor Enlisted Quarters and one specification of indecent assault upon one of those women in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 934. After conviction of these offenses in accordance with his pleas, appellant was sentenced by the judge to a dishonorable discharge, confinement for eighteen months and forfeiture of $650.00 per…
