Pursuant to a pretrial agreement, the appellant pled guilty at a general court-martial to two specifications of sodomy with a child and one specification of committing indecent acts with a child in violation of Article 125 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 *623U.S.C. §§ 925, 934, respectively. In accordance with his pleas, he was found guilty of these offenses and sentenced to confinement for 10 years, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, reduction to pay grade E-l and a dishonorable discharge.
