The purpose of this litigation is to ascertain and determine what is the last will and testament of Frank B. Jenkins, deceased.

Decedent was born at Columbia, Virginia, and moved with his parents to Richmond in 1896, where he sold shoes, in which vocation he continued so long as he continued in business. The latter part of his active life was spent in Florida, where he suffered a nervous breakdown, was forced into permanent retirement and returned to Virginia to his parents’ home in March, 1925.
