DECISION ON ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

ROBERT E. GRANT, Bankruptcy Judge.

On February 23, 2006, the trustee in this Chapter 7 case filed a motion to sell real estate commonly known as 814 Charles Street, Huntington, Indiana, free and clear of liens, for the sum of $66,000. The motion stated that the trustee had a buyer for the property and believed that the proposed sale would be in the best interests of the estate.
