The matter before the court involves a motion for relief from stay and abandonment filed by BAC Home Loans in this chapter 7 case — a motion which the court is required to address with dispatch, 11 U.S.C. § 362(e) — to which the trustee has objected. Ordinarily, the court would schedule such a motion and objection for a prompt trial.
