This is an appeal from the judgment entered pursuant to an order of the St. Louis County District Court granting summary judgment in favor of defendants Eugene and Mae Hakola in an action for specific performance or damages for breach of a contract to convey real estate, and in favor of defendants Richard Moyer and Donald Mersch on a claim of tortious interference with a contractual relationship.
