*1206Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Erie County (Rose H. Sconiers, J.), entered June 20, 2003. The judgment dismissed the complaint upon a jury verdict in favor of defendant in a medical malpractice action.
It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed without costs.
