This proceeding was begun by the filing of a petition in the circuit court of Cook county, under the. Eminent Domain act, for the condemnation of certain lots adjoining the right of way and property of the railroad company for railroad purposes. A former judgment was brought to this court and reversed for the reason that the record did not show the inability of the railroad company and the property owners to agree as to the compensation for their lots, and the cause was remanded with leave to the railroad company “to make further proof of…
