*648Defendant Inservco Insurance Services, Inc. has filed a motion to dismiss Plaintiff Gregory Roberts's Third Amended Complaint for failure to state a plausible claim to relief. For the following reasons, the motion will be granted.

I. BACKGROUND

Plaintiff, proceeding pro se , has filed this suit, which appears to relate to a complex and long-running workers' compensation case in Pennsylvania state court.
