Steve Russell and Tom Lundberg filed this class action suit in state court against Sprint Corporation and Does 1 through 20, alleging state law claims for unfair business practices, consumer fraud, declaratory relief and injunctive relief. Defendant Sprint Spectrum LP (“Sprint”) removed the case to federal court, asserting Section 332 of the Federal Communications Act of 1934, 47 U.S.C. § 332 as the basis for federal jurisdiction.
