FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW AND ORDER

This is an action for damages resulting from an alleged slander of the plaintiff, Clifford E. Harbridge, by his former employer, defendant Greyhound Lines, Inc.

Plaintiff’s complaint is in three parts;(1) He claims general and special damages caused to him by the alleged publication of oral defamatory accusations in the presence of third parties in 1964;(2) demand for unpaid wages due plaintiff from the date of the first .alleged slander to the date of his discharge from employment by the defendant-employer; as…
