Defendant and third-party plaintiff Tew Mac Aero Services, Inc., appeals from the judgment entered in the Superior Court (York County, Fritzsche, J.) on the jury’s verdict finding it negligent and awarding damages in the amount of $60,000 to John Daniels. The jury also found in favor of Fred Stuart and Limington-Harmon Airport on Tew Mac’s third-party complaint.
