This was a proceeding in the lower court on the part of the relators, Yirgil H. Alexander and Alexander Gable, to obtain a writ of mandate against the appellant, a township trustee of Black-ford county, Indiana, to compel him to meet with them (who are also township trustees), for the purpose of electing a county superintendent of schools.
