This is an original action for a writ of mandate to require the White Circuit Court, acting as a juvenile court, to strike out and expunge from the record, an entry and order made by Robert E. Thompson, as special judge of said court, on May 7, 1947, modifying a previous order made by the same special judge which committed a juvenile offender to the Indiana Boys’ School.
