The Commonwealth appeals from the August 3, 2010 order granting the motion to suppress filed by Appellee, Khalif Walls. *891After careful review, we reverse and remand for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.

The relevant facts and procedural history, as gleaned from the certified record, are as follows.
