This case arises out of a dispute over a covenant not to compete in an employment contract between plaintiff Cereva Networks, Inc. (“Cereva”) and defendant Timothy Lieto (“Lieto”). Cereva has brought suit against Lieto and defendant Pirus Networks, Inc.
