The defendant appeals from the judgment of the trial court revoking his probation and reinstating the suspended portion of his original sentence. He challenges the court’s holdings that (1) he violated a *576lawfully imposed probation, and (2) he had no right to a jury trial. We affirm the trial court’s judgment.
