I have for consideration objections to the Special Master’s Report in this case, which was brought to restrain what the plaintiff contended were violations by the defendant of the Fair Trade Statute of South Carolina (Sections 66-91 through 66-95 of the South Carolina Code of Laws 1952). There was and is no federal question involved.
