Appellants Walid Saleh, M.D. (Dr. Sa-leh) and The Sher Institute for Reproductive Medicine Dallas, P.A. (Sher Institute) bring this interlocutory appeal challenging the trial court’s order denying their motion to dismiss the alleged health care liability claims of appellees Toni and George Hol-linger. 1 Concluding we lack jurisdiction over the appeal of George Hollinger’s claims, we dismiss the appeal as to him.
