Appellant Covenant Health System2 brings this interlocutory appeal3 challenging the order of the trial court denying its motion to dismiss the claims of appellees Linda Barnett and Robert Barnett for *229their failure to serve an expert report. Finding the Barnetts’ claims are health care liability claims, we reverse the trial court’s order and remand the case to the trial court.
