|,At issue in this case is the location of the boundary line between the parties, who are adjoining landowners. Appellant, Sebastian Stadler, filed a petition for declaratory judgment and injunction for the circuit court to establish the line between the parties’ property as that reflected on a survey of the property line described in the parties’ deeds and not by the longstanding fence and to enjoin appellees from moving, disturbing, or destroying any markers or fences erected by appellant consistent therewith.
