This action is brought by the United States seeking an injunction against the defendant, Canfield Lumber Company, a corporation, enjoining and restraining it from selling at retail, lumber, building materials, and building specialities at less than actual cost, plus cost of handling and delivery, cost of selling and administration expenses, as computed under the provisions of the code of fair competition for retailing lumber, lumber products, and building specialities, approved by the President of the United States, and from continuing to violate the provisions of said…
