Appeal from an order and judgment of the Supreme Court (Vogt, J.), entered November 30, 1995 in Ulster County, upon a verdict rendered in favor of plaintiff Kathleen S. Posnick.
Plaintiff Kathleen S. Posnick (hereinafter plaintiff) is the record owner of certain real property located on the west side of State Route 28 in the Town of Kingston, Ulster County, having acquired such by two separate deeds from her father and stepmother in 1973 and 1975.
