Healthline Management, Inc. (“Company”) and John Beck, M.D. (“Doctor”), appeal the grant of a new trial in a negligence action against them for the death of Cornelius Whitted (“Patient”). Patient’s daughters, Felicia Whitted, Carla Whitted, and Shanota Cunningham (“Daughters”), moved for a new trial after a jury rendered a verdict for Doctor.
