The plaintiffs appeal the judgment of the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis following a jury verdict in favor of the defendant, DaimlerChrysler Corporation. The plaintiffs include the survivors of Josephine Gallagher and Barbara San-dheinrich, who both died when the Daim-lerChrysler minivan in which they were riding was involved in a roll-over accident. The other plaintiffs, Susan Wich-mann, Barbara Goerss, and Annetta Rai-ney, were also passengers in the minivan and suffered injuries.
