Before the Court are three motions for summary judgment filed by Plaintiff, Linda Harvey, Defendant, Crowe Rope Industries Employee Benefits Plan (“the Plan”), and Defendant, Machigonne Benefits Administrators (“Machigonne”), respectively. (Docket #8, #10, #11.) Also, the Court has before it a Motion in Limine filed by Defendant Machigonne to exclude the testimony of Plaintiffs expert witness (Docket # 13).
