E. W. Warnoek brought a petition against Miles Reed and others, seeking an injunction and the appointment of a receiver, and to recover certain land. At the trial a verdict and judgment were rendered in favor of the plaintiff. The defendants filed the usual “skeleton motion” for a new trial, and obtained the following order of the judge: “Read and considered. It is ordered that the plaintiff show cause before me, at Waycross, Ga., at 1 o’clock p. m. on the 11th day of December, 1915, why the foregoing motion should not be granted.
