This is a divorce and alimony case. After a verdict and judgment for the plaintiff, awarding her custody of the minor children and alimony for the support of herself and the children, a motion for new trial was filed, which was subsequently amended, adding 13 special grounds, and after a hearing, was denied. The exceptions are to this judgment and to the judgment awarding custody of the children, the retention of jurisdiction for the purpose of awarding-attorney’s fees, and the award of attorney’s fees after the verdict and judgment.
