These consolidated appeals are from the final judgments entered in favor of appellees. Appellant presents the following issues for our review: (1) whether the trial court erred in permitting the jury to award attorneys’ fees based upon the principal and interest due rather than on the principal balance due as required by the parties’ agreement; and (2) whether the trial court erred in permitting the jury to award compound interest in calculating the amount of the verdict.
