MEMORANDUM OPINION

I. INTRODUCTION
Debtor Mary Ann Graboyes (“the Debt- or”) commenced this chapter 13 bankruptcy case on September 23, 2002. Presently before me is the Debtor’s motion styled as a “Motion to Set the Amount of the Secured Claim of First Business Credit Company, To Set Off the Credit Against Said Claim Granted for its Violation of the Automatic Stay and to Have Mortgage Held Marked Satisfied” (Docket Entry No. 168) (“the Motion”).
